Privacy Policy for Quick Planner
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Introduction
This privacy policy describes how the Quick Planner app ("the app") handles data. Quick Planner is developed by Imagine Development.
In short: Quick Planner does not collect any personal data. All data you create in the app (tasks, appointments, time blocks, notes, and habits) is stored exclusively on your own device and is never sent to the developer or to any third party.
2. Data Controller
Quick Planner is developed and published by:

3. Data You Create in the App
When you use Quick Planner, you create content such as tasks, appointments, time blocks, notes/brain dumps, and habits. This content:
- is stored exclusively locally on your device (e.g. your phone or tablet)
- is not sent to any server, to the developer, or to any third party
- is not accessible to the developer of the app
- disappears if you uninstall the app or delete its data (unless your device itself includes it in a backup, e.g. via iCloud Backup on iOS/iPadOS or Android's built-in device backup — see section 4)
No user account is created, and the app does not require login with an email address, phone number, or similar.
4. Device Backup
If you have enabled your device's built-in backup feature — for example iCloud Backup on iPhone/iPad or Google account backup on Android — the app's local data may be included in the general backup of your device. This is controlled by your device's operating system and its provider (Apple or Google) and is not something Quick Planner itself sends or has access to — it works the same way as for any other local app data on your device. You can turn this off at any time in your device's settings.
5. No Collection, No Sharing, No Third-Party Services
Quick Planner does not contain any analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking technologies, or third-party software that collects data about you. The app has no built-in internet connection for data collection and does not send data anywhere.
6. Data via App Stores
Quick Planner is distributed through app stores such as Apple's App Store and Google Play. As the developer, I can see certain aggregated information about the app through the developer tools of these stores (App Store Connect and Google Play Console) — for example, the number of downloads/installs, uninstalls, reviews/ratings, and any automatic crash reports, if the store or your device collects and shares these (on Apple devices, this depends on whether you have chosen to share analytics with app developers). This data is collected and processed by the store provider as part of their service, not directly by Quick Planner itself, and is subject to that provider's own privacy policy:
- Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy
- Google: policies.google.com/privacy
If you write a review or rating of the app in an app store, that data is likewise handled by the store provider under their own terms.
7. Children's Privacy
Quick Planner is not directed at children under 13 and, as described above, does not collect any personal data about any users regardless of age.
8. Changes to This Policy
If Quick Planner later gains new features that change how data is handled — for example, an in-app purchase, an account, or a cloud-sync feature — this privacy policy will be updated before the feature is released, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be changed. It is recommended that you check this page again if you are unsure how a newer version of the app handles data.
